On episode 20 of FTS podcast, we discussed out Top 5 favorite movies of the year so far. If you haven’t listened to it yet, you should. Because it’s really entertaining and…I said so. Fun Facts:
- The movie’s worldwide gross was over $293 million making it the highest grossing film of Martin Scorsese’s career.
- Before Mark Ruffalo was slated to play Chuck Aule, Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese both learned towards Robert Downey Jr. and Josh Brolin.
- A lot of the movie was filmed in at Medfield State Hospital in Massachusetts (pictured below)

#4 Iron Man 2
Fun Facts:
- Emily Blunt, Jessica Biel, Gemma Arterton, Natalie Portman, Jessica Alba and Angelina Jolie were all considered for the role of Black Widow.
- Sam Rockwell was one of the original choices to play Tony Stark/Iron Man. In this film he plays Justin Hammer.
- Two identical Rolls-Royce Phantoms were made for the film to be destroyed during filming.
- The film is dedicated to DJ AM (The DJ at Tony’s birthday party) who died after shortly after filming.
