Nate’s Two Cents?
We are treated to the second installment of the Divergent series based on the popular young adult novels by Veronica Roth. I enjoyed the first film quite a bit surprisingly and was equally satisfied with the second film in the series. I have not read the books, so I’m not sure what happens next, but my interest is peaked. This is a fun movie and fans of the first one will surely love this one as well.

Nate’s Two Cents?
I finally got around to watching this the other day and was pleasantly surprised. This true crime story kept me interested from start to finish. Franco and Hill are great and show they are able to be serious actors when they need to be. If you’re into films based on true crimes, then this is a must watch!

Nate’s Two Cents?
I enjoyed Child 44 when I saw it earlier this year, even if it does have some problems. It has a great cast and I’ve always enjoyed an interesting period drama/thriller. The film is based on the book of the same name written by Tom Rob Smith. This is definitely worth checking out if you have the time.

Acts of savagery abound on all sides. Captain Gunnar Dinesen has come from Denmark with his fifteen year-old daughter to take an engineering job with the Argentine army. Being the only female in the area, Ingeborg creates quite a stir among the men. She falls in love with a young soldier, and one night they run away together. When he wakes up the Captain realises what has happened and decides to venture into enemy territory to find the young couple. Jauja is the story of a man’s desperate search for his daughter, a solitary quest that takes us to a place beyond time, where the past vanishes and the future has no meaning.” – Cinema Guild

Nate’s Two Cents?
After months of waiting, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp finally makes its way to Netflix for our binge-watching pleasure. I’ve watched the first three episodes already and I’m loving every second of it. It perfectly nails the tone and comedy made popular in the 2001 film, which takes place after the events of the series. Everyone from the original cast is back for another round, with a few new additions making appearances as well. If you’re looking for some good ol’ fun, then make sure you check out the series.
