Here at FTS we want to give a random weekly top 10 list about..well whatever we want.
This week I drew inspiration for the top 10 list from something I found while researching a Scream trilogy post I was putting together a short while back. I stumbled upon a video (that I included in this list) that used a simple animation technique called Kinetic Typography. Kinetic Typography is basically the use of moving text and design to create an animation. It seems that the first recorded use of Kinetic Typography as a graphics was the title sequence in Hitchcock’s North By Northwest, created by Saul Bass. Today there are tons of fan made youtube videos showing examples of this technique. So here are 10 really cool examples set to famous movie quotes.
(In no particular order)
So which examples are your favorites? Any other cool videos to suggest?
